StoreDot’s technology allows for EV charging in under 10 minutes, comparable to refueling traditional combustion engines, with a roadmap for further reductions in charging time. Their XFC technology has been successfully developed using prismatic cells, which are preferred for their mechanical durability and ease of integration. The transition required overcoming engineering challenges, with a focus on design and manufacturing innovations to achieve high-energy densities and capacities.

Dr. Doron Myersdorf, CEO of StoreDot, stated, “Successfully producing prismatic cells is a step toward fast-charging EV batteries, providing 100 miles of range in just 5 minutes.” This accelerates the adoption of affordable, long-range EVs, bringing us closer to mass production readiness this year.” StoreDot’s Strategic partnerships and investors include major industry players like BP, Daimler, VinFast, Volvo Cars, and Samsung, among others.
