Production of HPB Solid-State Batteries is scheduled to commence in 2026, with an expected timeline of 24 months from initial project launch to full-scale series production.

Recently, HPB gained international recognition through a feature on Bloomberg Television’s “New to The Street” program, highlighting its groundbreaking battery innovations to a global audience.

HPB also co-hosted the Future of Batteries Summit (FOB) in New York City in June 2025, bringing together global industry leaders to bridge innovation, advanced battery technology, and commercial deployment. The event gathered influential players like Porsche Consulting, McKinsey, NY-BEST, and major investors to discuss critical themes, including solid-state battery advancements, licensing strategies, scaling manufacturing, and accelerating the energy transition.

The company strengthened its presence in winter sports marketing during the most recent bobsleigh season by sponsoring multiple bobsleigh teams. At the IBSF World Championships 2025 held in Lake Placid, USA, they sponsored Team Ammour, Team Lochner, and athlete Lisa Buckwitz. CEO Dr. Sebastian Heinz called the sport “high performance, high tech, high speed,” aligning it with HPB’s solid state battery traits. It also reinforces HPB’s technical message: the battery’s proven performance at very low temperatures (down to –40 °C) mirrors the extreme cold conditions‑ of bobsleigh competition.
