Altillion’s core technology is the ALIX (Altillion Lithium Extraction) platform, an advanced Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) system that concentrates lithium from 15 mg/L to over 30,000 mg/L in one step to produce battery-grade materials with low environmental impact. The ALIX platform has two configurations: LiCon Process, which focuses on lithium concentration with reduced space and lower capital and operating costs without reverse osmosis or forced evaporation; and LiMEx Process, which combines isolation and concentration in a single step for certain brines. Key features include the industry’s lowest organic/aqueous ratio, complete organic recovery and reuse, minimal residence times, a compact footprint, and direct conversion to battery-grade products.
