Battery Technology

ElevenEs develops and manufactures prismatic LFP battery cells using EDGE technology, offering safety, sustainability, and cost efficiency. The cobalt- and nickel-free cells deliver up to three times longer cycle life than conventional alternatives, with over 6,000 cycles for commercial vehicles, the lowest cost per cycle, and continuous improvements in energy density and charging capabilities. Manufacturing leverages advanced aluminum processing techniques to meet strict European quality standards at competitive pricing.

Products

The primary product is the EDGE LFP battery cell, a cobalt- and nickel-free prismatic cell featuring up to three times longer lifespan, over 6,000 cycles for commercial vehicles, low cost per cycle, high energy density, and suitability for electric vehicles and large-scale energy storage systems.

Recent Projects

In 2024, ElevenEs invested EUR 80 million to expand its Subotica facility to 1,000 MWh annual capacity, with operations starting in 2025 and initial EDGE cell prototypes shipped in 2024. Between 2025 and 2027, the company plans two gigafactories: Giga-I (8 GWh capacity by 2026) and Giga-II (40 GWh capacity by 2027), totaling 48 GWh.

Investors

ElevenEs has received strategic investment and industrial expertise from EIT InnoEnergy and its parent company, Al Pack Group.
