Recent Projects

In 2024, Graphex Group is developing a new graphite processing facility in Warren, Michigan. This facility aims to establish a domestic supply chain for graphite anode material in North America, supporting local automakers and battery manufacturers. The plant is scheduled to begin operations in 2024.

The company is also advancing Phase 2 of its Qingdao project in Nanshu Town, China, which includes facilities for producing 20,000 tonnes of natural graphite anode material and 100 tonnes of graphene oxide for battery systems.

Recently, Graphex received an extension from NYSE American until May 15, 2025, to regain compliance with listing requirements.
