Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Sales Manager focused on Data Center customers across Europe. You will develop and expand our sales pipeline with an application-driven approach—specializing in AI Peak Shaving and Battery Backup Units (BBUs). This role is pivotal in delivering value to key clients, meeting revenue targets, and strengthening our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets and grow the Data Center customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Own and exceed annual sales targets within assigned segments, ensuring consistent business results.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that communicate the value of Skeleton’s energy storage solutions.
  • Monitor industry-specific market landscapes, trends, and competitor activities to inform sales strategy.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer information and sales activities.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer onboarding.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven full-cycle B2B sales experience with Data Center customers, ideally selling rack-level solutions.
  • Solid understanding of energy storage principles and basic power electronics.
  • Hands-on experience with application-driven sales methodologies and relevant energy storage technologies.
  • Track record of participating in industry trade shows and willingness to travel for client meetings.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Experience using CRM software (Salesforce preferred) to manage and structure sales efforts.
  • Persuasive, resourceful, proactive, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications/Additional Skills

  • Familiarity with AI Peak Shaving and Battery Backup Unit (BBU) applications.
  • Additional language skills (German or French) are a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced cleantech environment.
