Role Overview

As a Senior Sales Manager – Data Centers, you will drive revenue growth within the US market by developing and expanding Skeleton’s sales pipeline. Reporting to the Commercial department, you will focus on delivering tailored energy storage solutions, including AI Peak Shaving and Battery Backup Units, by building strong customer relationships and executing strategic sales plans. Your work will directly impact Skeleton’s market position and customer success in the data center industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets within the Data Center segment.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by cultivating strong relationships with key customers.
  • Manage and own annual sales targets, ensuring consistent pipeline growth and revenue generation.
  • Effectively communicate product value propositions through well-crafted proposals and presentations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market landscapes, and competitive dynamics relevant to data centers.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer data and sales activities in the company CRM system.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment and positive customer experiences.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven success in full-cycle B2B sales and business development targeting Data Center customers, preferably with rack-level solutions.
  • Basic understanding of energy storage principles and power electronics.
  • Knowledge of application strategies, decision-making drivers, and relevant technologies aligned with Skeleton’s offerings.
  • Experience participating in industry trade shows and fairs, with willingness to travel for business development and networking.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage customer relationships and sales processes.
  • Persuasive, proactive, resourceful, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
