Role Overview
As a Specialist in Risk Management and Compliance within the V4Smart (V4Drive) team, you will play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and strengthening governance across the company. You will lead the implementation of risk management processes, execute audits, and support training initiatives to uphold standards and contribute to the sustainable success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct risk analyses and evaluations involving relevant departments, deriving actionable recommendations.
- Analyze regulatory requirements and implement appropriate measures, translating legal mandates into company guidelines and monitoring their effectiveness.
- Develop and enhance risk management processes, including Business Continuity Management and RMS/IKS standards, reinforcing a centralized governance function.
- Plan, prepare, and conduct internal audits within administrative areas as well as support external certification audits; generate audit reports and assist in rectifying identified issues to prevent violations.
- Determine target group-specific training needs, create training materials, and deliver training sessions to relevant stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- More than 5 years of professional experience in a comparable risk management or compliance role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Structured, methodical, and independent working style.
- Strong social and communication skills, with a high level of commitment and teamwork capability.
Preferred Qualifications/Additional Skills
- Experience in the internet publishing industry or related sectors is a plus.
- Knowledge of regulatory environments and governance standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
