Technology Minerals specializes in lithium-ion and lead-acid battery recycling. Using mechanical and chemical processes via its Recyclus facilities, it dismantles and crushes lithium-ion batteries to produce “black mass”—a concentrate of lithium, nickel, cobalt, and manganese—then refines it to battery-grade quality. Its automated lead-acid recycling plants separate and recover lead and other materials with high purity and recovery rates. The company also operates mining sites for raw battery metal extraction, ensuring a dual-stream supply chain.
Through Recyclus Group, Technology Minerals established a new Discharge and Dismantle Unit for lithium-ion batteries and secured a black mass processing agreement with LOHUM Cleantech. It completed the sale of its Irish lithium assets to raise growth capital, formed a strategic partnership with the UK Ministry of Defence, and is developing collaborations with major automotive manufacturers.
