The Energy Storage Europe Conference 2026 takes place 6–8 October at Hotel Le Plaza in Brussels. The three-day meeting, organised by Energy Storage Europe with CLERENS, gathers more than 300 delegates from industry, research, government, finance and system operators to examine policy, market developments and the Benelux context for energy storage. Day 1 focuses on policy issues such as EU and Benelux frameworks, permitting and grid connection; Day 2 addresses market matters including manufacturing, cybersecurity, dispatch models, capacity markets and financing; Day 3 concentrates on the Benelux market outlook, congestion management and deployment approaches. The format offers in-person sessions with virtual participation options, a programme of technical presentations and panels, an exhibition with 15+ sponsors, networking events and a conference dinner.
