Volta 2027, organised by the Volta Foundation, takes place from 23 to 25 February 2027 at the M Social Hotel in Sunnyvale, Silicon Valley. Billed as “the global forum for battery leadership”, it convenes executives and decision-makers from industry, government and technology to discuss the choices shaping the battery industry’s trajectory.

The organiser frames energy storage as a strategic asset for mobility, grid resilience, advanced manufacturing, national security and the growing energy demand of AI. The programme covers technology, policy, investment, infrastructure and geopolitics.

The event opens with an invite-only executive summit and a deep dive into the Volta Foundation’s Battery Report, followed by a full conference day, an evening Battery Social and committee working groups on the final day. Registration is open with early-bird pricing until 4 January 2027.
