On February 26, 2026, EVE Energy Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Arctech Solar Technology Co., Ltd. (ARCTECH) signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement to expand their energy storage collaboration over the next two years. Under the agreement, the partners will pursue a combined 12 GWh deployment, including 10 GWh of large-scale energy storage batteries and 2 GWh of complete energy storage systems.
Representatives from both companies—ARCTECH Chairman Cai Hao and EVE Energy Senior Vice President Steven Chen—attended the signing ceremony. The agreement builds on a foundation of joint work since 2025, during which EVE Energy supplied batteries for multiple ARCTECH energy storage projects.
ARCTECH, known for its photovoltaic mounting system solutions, has focused on integrated “green electricity + smart energy” offerings. Through this collaboration, the company plans to leverage EVE Energy’s advanced battery technology in combination with its own expertise in PV system integration and energy management. The goal is to develop competitive “PV + Storage” configurations that improve efficiency, reduce lifecycle costs, and enhance safety.
Cai Hao noted that EVE Energy’s large-scale batteries complement ARCTECH’s core strengths, and he highlighted plans for comprehensive cooperation on resource sharing and project coordination. Both parties aim to promote standardization in energy storage integration and maximize the operational benefits of new energy power plants.
Steven Chen described the partnership as a deepening of ecosystem synergy rather than just an increase in order volume. By tapping into ARCTECH’s global PV market channels, EVE Energy expects to broaden application scenarios for its batteries and accelerate their large-scale deployment. The companies will jointly explore innovative business models for integrated “PV + Storage” solutions to support stable operation and efficient utilization of renewable power systems.
This agreement reinforces EVE Energy’s dual-drive strategy of “Technology + Market” in the large-battery sector. It combines technological leadership with established distribution channels to accelerate commercial cycles and support the ongoing energy transition in China and abroad.
