Keysight provides advanced test, measurement, and validation tools across the battery value chain, including precision instruments for chemical and electrochemical research; cell and component-level testing; multiparameter module and pack validation; automated, scalable manufacturing quality-control systems; and tools for second-life and recycled batteries. Its technologies support electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, charge/discharge cycling, high-power cycling, durability and safety testing, and can recover up to 96% of test energy.
In June 2025, Keysight entered a global framework agreement with BINDER GmbH to integrate BINDER’s thermal chambers with Keysight’s battery cyclers and emulation systems for controlled automotive battery validation.
