FAAM’s portfolio includes lithium-ion (LFP) cells, modules and complete battery systems manufactured via water-based processes, and lead-acid batteries. Their LFP technology uses sophisticated battery management systems (BMS) and strict quality controls to optimize performance and longevity.
LiSTORAGE and LiRACK for industrial applications; LiBESS and LiHOME for residential energy storage; LiTRACTION for electric vehicles and industrial machinery; Starter Power batteries for automotive; Motive Power solutions for industrial vehicles; Stand-by Power systems for emergency backup.
FAAM operates a lithium-ion battery cell plant in Teverola, Italy, with a 0.35 GWh annual capacity serving energy storage, e-mobility, and industrial applications. Construction of the larger Teverola 2 gigafactory is underway on the same site, planning 8 GWh annual production of LFP cells, supported by over €417 million in Italian government funding. Equipment installation begins in 2025, with production starting in 2026 and full capacity expected by 2027.
FAAM is wholly owned by Seri Industrial S.p.A. (listed on EXM of Borsa Italiana), whose reference shareholder is the Civitillo family. FAAM secured €417M from Italy’s IPCEI fund via the Ministry of Economic Development for the Teverola 2 project.
