Worldwide Diversified Holdings, Inc., an investment firm, has acquired a controlling interest in American Lithium Minerals, Inc., marking a pivotal step in the latter’s strategy to develop a diversified portfolio of critical minerals and rare earth assets outside of China. The acquisition includes an option on American Lithium’s flagship Sarcobatus property, a 1,730-acre site in Nevada with significant lithium and boron deposits, which the company identifies as key for electric vehicle battery production and advanced manufacturing.
Under the new ownership structure, American Lithium plans to use the Nevada site as the cornerstone of a global mineral development program. The initiative will target strategic resource properties across North America, Australia, Canada and Europe. A new subsidiary, American Mineral Resources, Inc., has been established to lead these efforts, focusing on identifying and evaluating opportunities in mineral-rich zones and rare earth corridors.
“This acquisition is more than a transaction, it’s a launchpad for a global initiative to reshape the mineral and rare earth supply chain,” said Frank Kristan, President of AMLM. “With growing demand for energy technologies and geopolitical urgency to diversify supply sources, we are committed to building a robust, sustainable, and secure portfolio of minerals and rare earth assets.”
The expanded strategy aligns with recent bilateral commitments by the United States and Australia to strengthen domestic mineral supply chains. These government-backed initiatives aim to secure non-Chinese sources of critical minerals to support national security goals, economic resilience and the broader energy transition.
American Lithium also intends to reposition itself from a lithium explorer into a commodity acquisition vehicle with integrations in real-world asset tokenization. The company’s model will combine public market access with tokenization infrastructure, enabling multi-asset tokenized offerings for newly acquired and partner-owned commodity projects. This approach is designed to facilitate liquidity, hedging capabilities and new revenue channels for gold, lithium, oil, gas and rare earth element assets.
