ACE’s technology portfolio centers on advanced lithium-ion battery chemistries including proprietary A-LFP™ (Advanced Lithium Iron Phosphate), LFP SiOx™ (Silicon Oxide Anode blended with graphite and enhanced electrolyte), and LNFP (Lithium Nickel Iron Phosphate), a 4-volt solution. These are available in cylindrical (21700), pouch (5Ah–20Ah), and prismatic (280Ah) cell formats, achieving energy densities up to 400 Wh/L and compatible with existing manufacturing infrastructure.
Products include high-energy-density A-LFP sample pouch cells with 400 Wh/L energy density, LFP SiOx battery chemistry commercialized in 2024, and development of A-LFP+, A-LNFP cell chemistries and large prismatic cell designs in R&D.
In 2024, ACE commercialized their LFP SiOx battery chemistry. In 2023, they shipped high-energy-density A-LFP pouch cells to industry partners and launched a new R&D lab focused on advanced A-LFP+ and A-LNFP chemistries and large prismatic cells.
