Battery Technology

Investors

Alkegen’s primary investor is Clearlake Capital Group, which has held majority ownership since the Unifrax-Lydall merger. In 2023, the company completed a $2.1B financing restructuring with participation from Oak Hill Advisors and other institutional investors. In 2024, Alkegen received additional capital infusions from lenders including OHA and various financial advisory firms.
