Comau provides automation, systems integration, and digital infrastructure across the battery production lifecycle, including cell manufacturing for cylindrical, pouch, and prismatic lithium-ion cells; module and pack assembly; battery tray manufacturing; and EV integration automation. It offers end-of-life battery management processes (discharging, dismantling, sorting) for repurposing, reuse, and recycling. In July 2025 it opened an advanced dry room laboratory for next-generation chemistries and is integrating cold plasma techniques into cell production lines in partnership with Intecells.
