Battery Technology

ICPT specializes in lithium-ion battery technologies including Lithium-Titanate-Oxide (LTO), Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP), and Nickel Manganese Cobalt (NMC). Their proprietary Battery Management System (BMS) enables precise control and optimization of performance across diverse cell chemistries, ensuring high safety and efficiency. Their GigafactoryX facility currently produces 1.2 GWh annually and plans to reach 5 GWh by 2027, featuring automated solar-powered production lines and sustainably sourced materials.

Products

ICPT’s product portfolio includes the UVES POWER GEN 3.0 series, UVES RAIL ENERGY GEN 3.0 NMC, UVES FLEX, and H2 MAX systems, offering modular solutions from 186 kWh to 372 kWh battery cabinets and up to 4 MWh containerized installations.

Recent Projects

Multi-year supply agreement with LG Energy Solution for NMC lithium-ion modules to support approximately 3,000 commercial electric vehicles over three years; advancement of the GigafactoryX project with automated, solar-powered production lines and sustainable raw material sourcing.

Investors

In 2022, Grenevia Group (formerly FAMUR Group) acquired the majority stake with strategic support from TDJ’s Business Excellence teams. Prior to that, the company was owned by Warsaw Equity Group until its sale to private investors in 2013.
