The principal investor is Taiwan Cement Corporation (TCC Group). In 2023, the Canadian government’s Strategic Innovation Fund contributed approximately NT$4.8B (~US$146M) of a NT$25.5B (~US$776M) project for the Vancouver plant. In 2021, an affiliate investment of US$716M was made. There have been no public venture capital rounds.
