Sigma Lithium’s Greentech Lithium Beneficiation Plant uses dense media separation (DMS) to produce high-purity lithium concentrate suitable for electric vehicle batteries. Its Quintuple Zero strategy ensures zero carbon emissions, coal power, tailings dams, potable water consumption, and hazardous chemicals. Current capacity is 270,000 tonnes annually, with plans to expand to 520,000 tonnes in Phase 2 and 766,000 tonnes in subsequent phases.
High-purity lithium concentrate produced via DMS technology for battery-grade applications, with a current production capacity of 270,000 tonnes per year and planned expansions to 520,000 and 766,000 tonnes.
In Q4 2023, produced approximately 75,000 tonnes of lithium concentrate and shipped 22,650 tonnes to IRH Global Trading Ltd in Abu Dhabi. In early 2024, announced plans to triple production capacity by 2026, recognized as a Climate Pioneer by NASDAQ, and secured a US$22.4 million letter of credit with Banco do Brasil for export financing.
