SungEel HiTech uses advanced hydrometallurgical processes, including specialized discharge, dismantling, and component separation, to recover high‐purity materials (nickel sulfate, cobalt sulfate, lithium carbonate, manganese sulfate, electrolytic metals) from end‐of‐life batteries and manufacturing scrap. Their 100% circulatory recycling system generates no wastewater and reduces carbon emissions by 40–67% compared to traditional extraction, supporting capacity for approximately 400,000 EVs annually.
High‐purity battery materials produced for new battery manufacturing, including nickel sulfate, cobalt sulfate, lithium carbonate, manganese sulfate, and electrolytic metals, with annual production capacity to supply materials for about 400,000 electric vehicles.
2024 recycling park development in Indiana, United States (second North American facility) to begin operations in 2025, producing materials for 100,000 EVs annually; planned hydrometallurgical post‐treatment plants in Hungary, Germany, and France to comply with EU black mass export regulations.
