Battery Technology

SVOLT’s technology platform includes continuous innovation in manufacturing, materials, cell design, structural engineering and battery management systems, backed by over 10,000 domestic patents. Core innovations include the Short Blade Battery Technology enabling ultra-fast charging up to 6C for NCM chemistries and 10%–80% state of charge in ~5 minutes for LFP variants. The company is developing next-generation chemistries such as sodium-ion (excellent low-temperature performance), cobalt-free formulations, semi-solid-state batteries (300 Wh/kg trials in 2025, mass production targeted for 2027) and all-solid-state prototypes. Proprietary high-speed stacking technology enhances safety and manufacturing efficiency.
