In 2026, VoltaXplore will begin supplying lithium-ion battery cells to a major commercial vehicle OEM under a multi-year agreement. The company also appointed former Tesla executive Nicolas Veilleux as Director of Automation and Construction to advance its battery automation systems.
NanoXplore Inc is the sole owner of VoltaXplore after acquiring Martinrea International Inc.’s 50% stake in 2023 for $10M. Martinrea holds a 22.7% equity position in NanoXplore.
