Battery Technology

Volt Lithium’s proprietary Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) technology recovers lithium from oilfield brine at up to 98% efficiency in field-scale operations. The process selectively extracts lithium ions to produce battery-grade lithium hydroxide and carbonate. Continuous optimization through operational data and field testing ensures high performance, consistent production quality, and minimal environmental impact.

Products

Produces battery-grade lithium hydroxide and lithium carbonate. Its Generation 5 Field Unit processes 10,000 barrels of oilfield brine daily, quadrupling previous capacity to enable scalable commercial production.

Recent Projects

In 2025, Volt Lithium deployed its Generation 5 Field Unit in Texas, capable of processing 10,000 barrels of brine daily. It began commercial production and stockpiled lithium products by 2025 with full equipment and storage installations on-site.

Investors

Completed a US$1.5M non-brokered private placement with a strategic investor in the Delaware Basin (West Texas). Major shareholders include Alexander Wylie (7.0%), Martin Scase (4.0%), Kyle Hookey (0.9%) and Warner Uhl (0.7%). Market capitalization is approximately US$33.9M.
