Investors

NanoXplore Inc. is the sole owner of VoltaXplore, following their acquisition of Martinrea International Inc.’s 50% stake in March 2023 for $10 million. This transaction consolidated ownership under NanoXplore’s control while maintaining strong ties with Martinrea, which increased its equity position in NanoXplore to 22.7%. This ownership structure combines NanoXplore’s material science expertise with continued access to automotive manufacturing experience.
