From September 23 to 25, EVE Energy presented its Mr. flagship series and comprehensive energy storage solutions at Solar & Storage Live UK 2025, underscoring its leadership in large-cell battery technology. During the event, the company signed a 500 MWh strategic cooperation agreement with Polish smart photovoltaic (PV) system developer CommVOLT Sp. z o.o. The collaboration aims to accelerate Europe’s transition to renewable power by deploying large-scale storage projects across the continent.
EVE Energy has expanded its portfolio of high-capacity cells and systems, pioneering the mass production of its 628 Ah ultra-high capacity battery. In September, the firm successfully commissioned its 5 MWh DC energy storage system, Mr. Giant—which integrates Mr. Big cells in a compact design—as part of a 400 MWh-level independent storage installation. Shipments of these large-scale batteries and systems have already begun to Australia and Europe, marking a new phase in global deployment.
With renewable energy penetration rising rapidly across Europe, grid-side storage is expected to drive significant market growth. EVE Energy’s Mr. Big cells are designed to simplify system integration, reduce thermal losses, and lower lifecycle costs, while improving reliability and operational safety. The demonstration at Solar & Storage Live highlighted the company’s commitment to delivering mature, innovative technologies that align with customer needs.
The 500 MWh agreement with CommVOLT focuses on commercial and industrial energy storage solutions. By combining EVE’s cell and system expertise with CommVOLT’s PV integration capabilities, the partners plan to enhance grid stability, increase renewable energy absorption, and develop benchmark storage installations in Central and Eastern Europe.
In addition to its large-scale systems, EVE Energy showcased a full range of storage offerings tailored for utility, commercial and industrial, telecom, and residential applications. The company is dedicated to addressing Europe’s diverse requirements for energy security, cost efficiency, and sustainability.
Looking ahead, EVE Energy intends to continue its innovation efforts and strengthen collaborations with international partners. The goal is to deliver reliable, safe, and cost-effective energy storage products and solutions that support the global shift toward a low-carbon energy landscape.
