The project lists an approximate investment of $960 million and projected initial job creation of about 6,000. The plant activity includes commercial cell production and scale‑up work with strategic partners on capacitor and cell manufacturing.

Investors

The company’s capitalization includes strategic and private investors: Graphite India Limited acquired a significant stake (reported 45.76% via a rights issue in 2025), Blue Ashva Capital participated as an early institutional investor, and named private investors include Satya Narayan Bansal and Alvaro Guimaraes Mucida.
