JCS offers turnkey pilot and production plants and individual components for electrode and separator manufacturing, including slot die coating units, convection dryers, calendering equipment, slitting, and rewinding. Their roll-to-roll lines integrate automation, digital process visualization, quality control, and precision slot dies to coat, dry, and calender active electrode materials onto metal foil substrates, scaling from laboratory development to gigafactory volumes.
