Battery Technology

Specializes in Nickel Manganese Cobalt (NMC) and Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) cells integrating advanced battery management systems. Its flagship 2-million-sq-ft KOREPlex facility in Buckeye, Arizona (operational 2025) will produce 6 GWh (expandable to 12 GWh) annually. Technology meets UL 9540A and NFPA standards. Through Northern Reliability, offers end-to-end system integration from cell production to installation.

Products

Offers the 750 LFP DC Block and 1340 NMC DC Block systems for utility-scale and commercial energy storage, featuring integrated battery management for optimal performance and safety. Recently introduced two new U.S.-manufactured DC Block products for efficient grid connection.

Recent Projects

Secured a 1.3 GWh offtake agreement with Energy Vault in 2025, scaling to 7 GWh by 2027, for domestically produced batteries. Launched new U.S.-manufactured DC Block products for the energy storage sector.

Investors

Siemens Financial Services led a $150M funding round with Quanta Services, Nidec Motor Corporation, and Honeywell Ventures. Energy Vault invested $15M. Additional backing came from Trog Hawley Capital and other energy-sector investors.
