Battery Technology

X-BATT’s core battery technologies include patented recycled graphite anodes derived from spent lithium-ion batteries, coal-based composite anode materials combining raw coal with proprietary resin solutions, and bio-derived composite anodes sourced from renewable resources (wood, bamboo, corn husks, rice husks, spent coffee grounds). Manufacturing processes use furnaces, centrifugal mixers, slip tables, an argon-filled glovebox, and an 80-channel battery testing system for comprehensive performance evaluation.

Recent Projects
