Battery Technology

Durapower Cascade™ series uses soft-pouch Nickel Manganese Cobalt-oxide (NMC) cells for high energy density and fast charge-discharge in EVs and hybrids. EverFlow™ series uses soft-pouch Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) cells for extended cycle life and stable voltage in stationary storage and UPS. Both feature advanced safety measures and smart battery management. DP Pulse is a machine-learning platform for performance monitoring and remaining-life prediction.

Recent Projects

In 2024, began constructing an intelligent battery manufacturing facility in Suzhou, China, with three production lines and an R&D center to double capacity to 2.0 GWh by 2025. Launched the DP NEXT assembly plant in Thailand with Banpu NEXT for electric buses and heavy-duty vehicles. Agreed with U Power Limited to explore EV battery swapping technology.

Investors

In 2023, Banpu NEXT, a subsidiary of Banpu Public Company Limited, increased its stake in Durapower from 47.7% to 65.1% through a $70M investment, making Durapower its subsidiary.
