Senec specializes in lithium-ion and lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery technologies. Its home storage systems use advanced LFP cells for enhanced safety and extended service life, enabling twice-daily cycling at 100% depth of discharge. The V3 system features an integrated hybrid inverter supporting single- and multi-phase configurations. A sophisticated battery management system offers real-time performance monitoring via mobile apps. All systems are manufactured in Germany under strict quality control.
Key products include the V3 home storage system with integrated hybrid inverter, and the Home P4 and Home E4 LFP-based models. Features include high-efficiency LFP cells, twice-daily full-depth cycling, support for single- and three-phase power, mobile app monitoring, and German manufacturing.
In 2023, Senec partnered with Meyer Burger on the ‘Germany Bundle’, combining Meyer Burger solar modules with Senec storage systems. It has replaced approximately 5,000 older systems with LFP technology as of 2024, updating hundreds weekly. Senec also collaborates with IT Sonix on software solutions for energy management and predictive maintenance.
