SiAT’s core battery technology includes nano silicon anode materials and single-walled carbon nanotube (SWCNT) conductive paste. Using proprietary plasma-assisted processes and unique dispersion techniques, the company manufactures these materials with an annual capacity of 100 tons of silicon anode and 1,000 tons of nano-materials, supported by advanced quality control and testing protocols.
Flagship products include nano silicon anode materials that improve conductivity and prevent anode deterioration during charge cycles, and SWCNT conductive paste that enhances conductivity and energy density, reducing charging times and extending battery life for electric vehicles and renewable energy storage.
In 2024, SiAT inaugurated a state-of-the-art nano-material manufacturing facility in Taoyuan City, Taiwan (33 Dongyuan Road, Zhongli Industrial Park), combining production and R&D. The company also partnered with Zeon Corporation to successfully launch its SWCNT conductive paste technology.
Zeon Corporation led SiAT’s Series C funding round in May 2025 with a $20M investment. Other major backers include Arm IoT Capital Partners, Darwin Ventures, UMC Capital, and Sinho Chemical. Pre-IPO shares remain available to accredited investors via the EquityZen platform.
