LABCO’s Battery Test Centre offers comprehensive testing for battery cells, modules, and full packs. It conducts compliance tests for UN 38.3, ECE R100, and various IEC standards, covering mechanical, electrical, climate, abuse, performance, endurance, and vibration testing. The facility handles systems up to 2.3m x 2.3m, 2000 kg, 1200 V, 4000 A, and 1100 kW, supporting advanced lithium-ion and emerging chemistries from prototype through production-level validation.
Battery testing services including UN 38.3 transport safety, ECE R100 high-voltage requirements, IEC standards compliance, mechanical, electrical, climate, abuse, performance, endurance, and vibration tests. Capacity: cells to full packs up to 2.3m x 2.3m, 2000 kg, 1200 V, 4000 A, 1100 kW.
In 2024, partnered with Stöbich technology GmbH to integrate safety and abuse testing with LABCO’s performance and power testing, streamlining UN 38.3 and ECE R100 certification. Since 2022, expanded technical team and upgraded infrastructure to meet advanced battery testing demands.
