Battery Technology

Recent Projects

In 2024, signed a Letter of Intent to sell 80% interest in the Salar de Arizaro project for USD 180 million, with due diligence in 2025; retained 89% interest in Block IV (8,445 hectares) with new exploration plans; expanded Salar de Coipasa holdings from 11,300 to 13,100 hectares, with an additional 6,100 hectares pending approval.

Institutional investors include Sprott Funds Trust – Sprott Lithium Miners ETF and BCM Advisors. Major shareholders include Gator Capital Ltd. (18.4%), Al Kroontje (4.7%), Steven Cochrane (1.6%), Funds Avenue SA (0.3%), and Jana Lillies (0.2%).
