Investor Overview

Natixis Investment Managers International is the global arm of Natixis Investment Managers, a French asset manager founded in 1984 and headquartered in Paris. Managing over $1.1 trillion in assets as of mid-2022, the firm offers a multi-boutique structure that brings together more than 20 affiliated managers, each focused on a specific style or market segment. As part of Groupe BPCE, the team supports institutional and professional investors with a broad network spanning the Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe. In the United States, services are offered through Natixis Distribution, LLC, a FINRA and SIPC member.

The firm’s investment capabilities cover alternatives—both liquid and private markets—equities, fixed income and multi-asset strategies, along with a dedicated sustainable investing platform. Clients can access direct indexing, integrated portfolio implementation, institutional overlay services and consulting on portfolio construction and risk management. A searchable fund database delivers legal documentation, net asset values and thematic insights such as market outlooks and tax considerations. Additionally, Natixis Portfolio Clarity provides transparency into exposures, while a digital platform shares news, expert articles and investor surveys to inform decisions.

A significant focus runs through its sustainable investing affiliate, Mirova, which manages €32 billion in impact and climate solutions. Recent energy transition projects include the Baltic Storage Platform, a 200 MW battery park in Estonia with 400 MWh capacity, and a €50+ million investment in GreenWay’s electric vehicle charging network across Central Europe. Mirova also led a €98 million round for Solveo Energies in France and acquired a 60 MWp solar PV portfolio paired with up to 120 MWh of storage in the Balearic Islands. An upcoming integration with Thematics Asset Management will expand thematic offerings in clean technology and environmental impact funds.
