Battery Technology

Powin’s core technology is based on lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery systems, featuring a vertically integrated manufacturing model from cell sourcing to climate-controlled enclosures. Its flagship product, the Powin Pod, is a 20-foot liquid-cooled container delivering up to 5 MWh per unit with cell-level monitoring and cybersecurity. The modular Stack™ hardware architecture scales from kilowatts to hundreds of megawatts, while the StackOS software platform provides centralized management, predictive analytics, and real-time data reporting. An in-house Battery Lab (established 2020) tests over five million cells daily, supporting industry-leading warranties and up to 12-hour power delivery guarantees.
