Sention employs patented ultrasound and acoustic sensing hardware to generate real-time 3D images of internal battery structures without contact. Sensor data are processed by the Sentinel AI/ML platform to predict performance, identify failures, and provide root-cause diagnostics. Hardware includes the Senturion instrument for high-throughput manufacturing scanning and the upcoming Sentry inline quality assurance system, all supported by cloud-based analytics for scalable remote evaluation.
Senturion ultrasound instrument for rapid, contactless battery scanning; Sentinel AI/ML software for fused sensor data analysis; and Sentry inline quality assurance system for continuous inspection on production lines. Key features include non-invasiveness, real-time diagnostics, high throughput, and cloud-based analytics.
Pilot deployments with leading electronics and electric vehicle manufacturers to integrate non-contact diagnostic technologies into existing workflows, with commercial rollout anticipated by 2025, and development of the Sentry system for direct production line integration.
