From April 23 to 25, 2025, Solartech Indonesia 2025 took place in Jakarta, Indonesia, where EVE Energy presented its comprehensive range of energy storage solutions. The company’s participation aimed to support Indonesia’s ongoing efforts to transform its energy sector, particularly in the expansion of solar energy.
Indonesia, one of Southeast Asia’s largest economies, is experiencing significant growth in the solar photovoltaic market. The Indonesian government has set a target to achieve a 23% renewable energy supply by 2025, with plans to increase this proportion further by 2050. Energy storage systems are critical in this initiative, as they facilitate the integration of renewable energy sources, enhance local power generation, and promote the development of clean energy.
Addressing the challenges associated with Indonesia’s relatively underdeveloped power grid infrastructure and inconsistent power supply, EVE Energy introduced its Mr. Giant energy storage system at the event. This system is designed to improve grid stability and reliability through enhanced efficiency, simplicity, and safety. A key feature of the Mr. Giant system is the 628Ah ultra-large-capacity cell, known as Mr. Big. The system employs an innovative current collection design to mitigate excessive heating in large cells and has demonstrated an energy efficiency exceeding 95.5% under specific testing conditions. Additionally, the system incorporates the AS9100D Aerospace Quality Management System standard, “X-ray Inspector” technology, and AI-driven intelligent monitoring to ensure comprehensive safety and reliability.
In addition to the Mr. Giant system, EVE Energy unveiled its new residential energy storage systems (ESS) for the first time internationally. The 10 kWh wall-mounted residential ESS system features a discreet interface design that combines aesthetics with functionality, catering to the needs of residential users. This system supports up to 32 parallel configurations, allowing for flexible capacity expansion. It also offers Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity through an app for real-time battery status monitoring and customized energy management. The 25 kWh high-voltage stackable residential ESS system provides a compact design, large capacity, and enhanced safety, making it suitable for higher power consumption scenarios. Its stackable nature facilitates easier installation and adaptable application.
As a leading lithium battery manufacturer, EVE Energy is committed to expanding its global strategic footprint, focusing on technological and product innovation. The company aims to advance Indonesia’s renewable energy initiatives by providing high-performance and reliable energy storage products and solutions, thereby contributing to global sustainable development.
