HYDROLITE’s core technology integrates AEM-based electrolyzers and fuel cell systems with lithium-ion battery systems for hybrid energy storage. Their Electrolyzer Hydrogen Generator (eHG) produces green hydrogen from water and electricity, and their Fuel Cell System (FCS) converts hydrogen back into electrical power. The AEM technology uses low-cost catalysts and materials for mass production, delivering cost-effective, high-efficiency performance.
Electrolyzer Hydrogen Generator (eHG): produces certified green hydrogen via an alkaline AEM electrolyzer; Fuel Cell System (FCS): converts hydrogen into electrical power, offering zero-emission backup power and compatibility with existing battery installations; Hybrid fuel cell–lithium-ion battery systems: advanced energy storage solutions for electric vehicles and commercial applications.
As of 2025, HYDROLITE invested approximately $55 million in infrastructure and human resources to enhance its AEM-based hydrogen generation capabilities. Current projects focus on improving eHG efficiency and expanding FCS applications for industrial and commercial use.
