According to Rebaba, its battery systems are intended to help customers manage energy use more efficiently, lower electricity costs, and create additional revenue opportunities by supporting renewable energy balancing and participation in ancillary service markets. The company says its systems can be owned outright or accessed as a service model with no upfront investment.
Rebaba says its technology can reduce energy costs by up to 40% through optimized charge and discharge patterns that store lower-cost energy and reduce exposure to peak power tariffs. The company also says its systems can provide flexible power behind the meter, adding available capacity without requiring grid upgrades, lead times from energy utilities, or capital spending on infrastructure.
The company offers two main system types. Its Companion product is aimed at multi-household properties, offices, and smaller industrial facilities, and is described as a compact and space-efficient option. Its Containerised systems are designed for larger-scale energy storage applications and include advanced safety systems and smart monitoring capabilities.
Rebaba lists several references for its solutions, including Uppsala Parkering, Logistea, OKQ8, Smartports, and KP Energy. The company says its approach combines rigorous testing, advanced cooling technology, and a network of partners to support reliable operation and long service life.
Rebaba’s stated mission is to expand access to sustainable energy through resource-efficient storage solutions that support the transition to solar and wind power while reducing environmental impact.
