Voltcore’s core technology uses nanomaterials to create electrically conductive polymer filaments with distributed and aligned conductive elements within polymer matrices, resulting in ultra-thin heating elements. These elements integrate directly into battery systems to maintain optimal temperatures, improving efficiency in cold conditions, extending battery lifespan, accelerating charging speed, and increasing driving range. The materials are recyclable and designed for energy-efficient directional heating.
Voltcore offers polymer heating solutions including ultra-thin conductive heating filaments for batteries, seat warmers, and heating laminates, providing immediate heat radiation with high safety and energy efficiency.
As of early 2025, Voltcore is constructing a pilot plant for certification and low-volume production by end of 2024, and plans a fully scaled factory by 2027 for mass production. The company collaborates with Luxembourg’s AutoMobility Incubator and participates in industry events like DeepTech Ventures Demo Day.
