In 2024 Forsee Power opened its first U.S. manufacturing facility in Columbus, Ohio under Buy America standards. The company achieved €151.8 million sales, positive adjusted EBITDA, and expanded bus segment operations in Australia and Turkey. Its carbon reduction trajectory was approved by the Science-Based Targets initiative.

Mitsui & Co., Ltd. holds 26.7%; Eurazeo Investment Manager 23.8%; BPIFrance Investissement SAS 12.7%; Ballard Power Systems Inc. 7.3%; and CEO Christophe Gurtner 3.1%. In 2023, the company completed a €49.3M capital increase.
