In 2024, secured a $75 million Series A led by LG Energy Solution; appointed Pamela Fletcher as CEO; expanding manufacturing in Tucson, Arizona (completion by 2026) with 150+ new jobs and $341 million economic impact; launching a cell construction pilot line by 2025.
Series A was led by LG Energy Solution via LG Technology Ventures and Bricks Capital Management, with participation from existing investor Euclidean Capital and new investor Hillspire LLC. Cummins Inc. holds a minority stake.
