Their container-sized recycling unit can be deployed directly at customer locations, eliminating the need for long-distance transportation of hazardous materials.

The process achieves separation of valuable components from liquid electrolytes while producing non-hazardous residual materials. This makes subsequent processing and transport more economical and environmentally sound. The technology reduces emissions by approximately 70% compared to traditional raw material mining operations.

A notable technical achievement is the system’s ability to safely process damaged batteries, addressing a critical challenge in the EV industry. The compact design allows for flexible deployment while maintaining high efficiency in material recovery. The process specifically targets high-value materials essential for battery production, including lithium, cobalt, and nickel, supporting a circular economy approach in battery manufacturing.
